    Homage to Deborah Madison and Anna Thomas

    Goat Cheese Souffle and Asparagus Soup

    Thanks to our pals, Deborah Madison and Anna Thomas (and their books, "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone" and "love Soup" respectively), I was able to create these two amazing dishes from ingredients we had on hand from the farmers market.
