The main appetizers we serve at our house are either oven roasted green beans or over roasted asparagus. They are easy to eat with your fingers and are absolutely delicious. Just spread asparagus or green beans across a large cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, then toss with your hands. Roast at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until very crispy. Serve on a platter. Eat while still warm.
